Whilst no longer a working farm, our seventeen acres are home to cats, dogs, horses, sheep, ducks, hens and Bluey the cow. We are close to Helvellyn, the High Street range and Ullswater Steamers, and are within walking distance of the famous Aira Force waterfalls. Our bed and breakfast accommodation is in our lovely seventeenth century farmhouse and our self -catering accommodation is in our converted barns on the same site. Both our farmhouse bed and breakfast and our six self-catering holiday cottages, sleeping from two to eight people, benefit from open fires and all modern conveniences including central heating, digital TVs and free wifi. We can offer you a warm welcome and a very relaxing Lake District break whether you choose to stay in our cottages or our B+B.
